A Look Back | The ImageMakers & Influencers Magazine's 2020 Influencer Superstars
Wow, what a difference a year makes…
In January 2020, we established this online magazine with the goal of inspiring, encouraging, mentoring and entertaining our readers.
In that spirit, we started our monthly features about Influencer [in the sense of role models] Superstars and we are happy to once again present them here because these amazing individuals deserve another spotlight.
We would like to thank all of our contributors who submitted compelling stories and articles adding value to people’s lives in one way or another.
During 2020, everything that wasn’t supposed to happen happened. That’s when resilient people call on their inner warriors and so we and our contributors did.

JULY 2020 - NICK CORDERO & AMANDA KLOOTS
Broadway actor Nick Cordero passed away on July 5, 2020 from complications of COVID-19 but not before putting up a heroic fight for his life with the loving and determined support of his wife Amanda Kloots. Tragically, they lost the battle. A beautiful life cut short by a terrible disease still terrorizing the world.
In 2018, while doing reviews of Broadway shows for the Hedonist Magazine, I was fortunate to experience Nick’s amazing on-stage talent in the musical A Bronx Tale. He was an amazing talent and the theater world will miss him dearly.

What is an Influencer Superstar?
Influencers aka role models can be people from all walks of life. They are known for outstanding achievement in overcoming difficult life situations, for exemplary acts of kindness and through their actions making the world a better place. They are people who have positively impacted or influenced other people. In other words: Superstars
These are the kind of people who deserve a spotlight and as such were named our Influencer Superstars in 2020.
2020 was a challenging year but that didn’t stop our Influencer Superstars to keep going and living their best life.
As for me, except for missing out on some amazing travel experiences, I personally can’t complain. My secret is that I always like to keep positive energy around me and to have a Plan B for everything.
